You might be playing Kingshot every day but missing out on 1 million extra resources just by not timing your decrees correctly. Here's how I fixed that and started getting more from the same gameplay.

 

1. What most players miss in Kingshot daily resource management

Even seasoned players rush through their daily actions—especially when trying to pull 5 days' worth of resources at once. I used to do the same, tapping "Rush Job" and calling it a day. But I realized I was leaving too many resources on the table.

Here’s what I do now: I combine two decrees, “Productive Day” and “Rush Job,” in a specific order to double the results.

 

2. Simple trick: Use this decree *before* you activate Rush Job

The right order matters: Always activate “Productive Day” before “Rush Job.” Here's why:

Yes, the downside of “Productive Day” is that it negatively affects resident mood. The solution? Immediately follow up with “Festivities” to regain that lost morale.

I always end the combo with Festivities. That way, workers stay productive without dipping into rebellion or inefficiency.

I used to ignore Festivities, thinking it was cosmetic. But after I saw a 30-point mood boost instantly, it became part of my daily loop.

Just this 1-minute loop nets me:
